Young Band Nation takes the stage at Luna Bar & Grill Downtown for an afternoon of live music from some of Southwest Louisiana’s rising young musicians.

Part of the program at SWLA Music School, Young Band Nation brings together student performers who rehearse as full bands and perform at real venues around the Lake Area. The program helps young musicians build their skills, collaborate with other players, and gain real stage experience.

Come out and support the next generation of local music as they bring their energy to the Luna stage.

Have some little rockers interested in learning or joining a band? SWLA Music School is hosting a summer camp where students rehearse and perform with other young musicians. Camp sessions are divided into two age groups: 6-11 and 12-18.
